RECENT NEWS & EVENTS
MANGALORE, NOV 02, 2024: The Commission for Social Communication is delighted to announce the successful launch of 46 new parish websites, published following the recent "No Code, No Cost Parish Website" workshop. This accomplishment marks a significant milestone for the Diocese of Mangalore, with now approximately 80 parishes maintaining an active online presence.
Prior to this initiative, only 35 of the 124 parishes in the diocese had active websites, with another 20 inactive. The addition of these 45 new websites strengthens our online network, making it easier for parish communities to stay connected, informed, and engaged.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all parish priests for their invaluable support in empowering Commission members and parish media teams to complete this project. Your cooperation has been instrumental in making this initiative a reality, helping to enhance the digital presence of our parishes.
Thank you once again for your commitment and dedication to advancing our mission through communication.
